Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, and sits alongside your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Our 30 day guarantee

If your Brow Stamp Kit isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

You won't need to send anything back

For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns of cosmetic products. Once your refund or replacement is approved, you're welcome to keep or dispose of the item. There's nothing to post back and no return postage to pay.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the product arrived damaged, or the wrong item was sent, a photograph helps us resolve it faster. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once processed, funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you as soon as the refund has been sent.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid. You won't be asked to return the item.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already been dispatched, your order is covered by the 30 day guarantee above.

If we can't dispatch on time

If we're unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we'll contact you and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.

What isn't covered

We're unable to refund orders where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout, or where a parcel is refused or left unclaimed. Please check your address carefully before completing your order.
